Run Plan (“the App”) provides running training plans and guidance. This Privacy Policy explains what data is accessed and how it is used. We aim to protect your privacy and keep our explanations clear.

2. Information We Access from Your Device
The App does not create accounts and does not store personal data on our servers.
The App may access the following:

2.1 Health Data (Apple HealthKit)
With your permission, the App may read:

• running/workout distance
• running pace
• workout duration
• HealthKit data is:
• used only to display and adjust your training plan
• not shared with third parties
• not used for advertising
• not stored on our servers

You may revoke access at any time in Apple Health settings.

2.2 Location Data
With your permission, the App may access:
your approximate or route-based location during your run
Location is used to:

• calculate pace
• record distance
• improve training suggestions

Location data:

• is not stored on our servers
• is not shared or sold
• is not used to identify you

You may stop location access at any time in your device settings.

3. Anonymous Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics such as:

• feature usage
• app performance events
• device type (not identity)

This data:

• is not tied to personal profiles
• does not identify individual users
• is processed for improving app reliability and features

4. How We Use Data
We use data only as needed for:

• displaying workout statistics
• planning training progress
• improving app performance
• resolving technical issues

We do NOT:

• sell user data
• share user data with third parties
• use data for targeted advertising

5. International Data Use (EU, UK, US, Others)
The App may be used globally. Because no personal data is stored by us:
GDPR (EU + UK) personal data storage rules do not apply
US personal data privacy rules do not apply
Anonymous analytics may be processed by Firebase according to their policies.

6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that personal information has been provided by a person under 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

7. Security
We do not store personal or health data on our servers.
HealthKit and location data remain on your device.
Firebase handles anonymous data with standard security protections.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect feature changes or clarify wording. Changes will be posted with a new “Last update.”
